VIC: Sudanese boy found after day of riding trains and trams
MELBOURNE, Dec 2 AAP - Transit police have found an eight-year-old Sudanese boy who
was missing for almost 15 hours in Melbourne's south-west.
Lukudu David, from Sudan, was last seen by his mother at 9am (AEDT) yesterday morning
at his Tarniet home.
Victoria Police spokesman Senior Constable Wayne Wilson said Lukudu had spent the entire
day riding on trams and trains.
He was found at 11.30pm (AEDT) last night at Flinders Street station, looking lost
as transit police tracked him down as a missing person, Sen-Constable Wilson said.
Lukudu was reunited with his family soon afterwards.
