Getting on a mailing or calling list is easy. Any consumer who has sorted through junk mail or received a soliciting telephone call knows that. But how about getting your name off that list? That's more difficult - and that's reason enough for state lawmakers to listen to state Attorney General Robert Abrams' plea for sorely need state regulations.
